Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be received and processed, upon shipment a tracking information email will be sent to you.
- OCRE ships to Canada and the US
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location
- Free standard shipping on orders over $200 within Canada and the US
- Shipping timelines are between 5 to 10 business days

EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason you don't love your new purchase, we are happy to exchange your full-priced item. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds at this time. All sale items are final sale.
For an exchange:
- the item must be returned in its original unworn condition;
- with tags attached;
- within 14 days after the date on which the order was received.
Your original shipping charges and return packaging costs will not be refunded. Any returned items that are damaged or incomplete will not be accepted and will be sent back as-is to the buyer, at the buyer's expense.
To process an exchange, please send an email to contact@ocreatelier.com with your order number and we'll take it from there.
What about sale items?
Only regular priced items are eligible for exchange. All sale or discounted items are FINAL SALE.
TAXES & DUTIES
Any applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown in your Order Summary page.
Ocre is not responsible for any applicable duty fees, which may arise upon accepting your parcel.
